Return Policy
We, at MyNewTux.com, try our very best to provide you with clothing of high quality and good fit. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within thirty (30) days for a full refund or exchange. The garment must be unworn and unaltered for it to be returned. Returns will only be processed with an RA (return Authorization) number. You may obtain an RA number, and shipping address by calling 1-888-NEWTUX1 (1 888 639-8891).
To avoid a 20% restocking fee, please return all merchandise in its original carton, including all packing materials and contents.
Please note that MyNewTux.com cannot accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any form from its original state. All original tags must still be intact.
